Former Prime Minister and Leader of the Opposition Benjamin Netanyahu underwent a medical procedure this morning (Sunday) at Hadassah Ein Kerem to crush a stone in his bladder.
The procedure was performed by Prof. Mordechai Duvdani, Head of the Endo Urology and Stone Crushing Service at Hadassah, Prof. Ofer Sulfur, Director of the Department of Urology, and Prof. Reuven Pizov, Director of the Anesthesia Division at Hadassah.
Hadassah said that the procedure was successful and that Netanyahu is expected to be released in the coming hours.
